HRSC Guest Pass and Waiver

Guest Passes are Required by all guests of a HRSC Member! No Exceptions!

Guest passes are only valid if sponsored by a current HRSC membership holder and the Waiver/Release has been filled and signed. Other requirements are as follows: To and From dates are required. Waiver / Consent form is to be completed and signed. Sponsor section has to be filled out and signed. Section 4 has to be carried on your person while a guest at the HRSC facility. If you cannot produce Section 4 when asked, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE HRSC PROPERTY. The Guest Pass form should be filled out, handed in and paid before commencing any activity at any HRSC facility. If you cannot, then you have to fill out as much of the form as possible online and submit it so the paper trail has started before commencing activities. The forms and payment will then have to be handed in within 2 days so we can file your name with our insurance company. The cost for a guest pass is currently set at $5.00. This may change at any time and will be updated here. The $5.00 cost is for insurance that the HRSC is required to have.
